Ever had the felt pads come off your chair legs and your floors get scratched before you know it? Nancy Rodina experienced this several times in her own home. She came up with a totally unique idea out of her own genuine need and thus was the beginning of her business, Furniture Sox, LLC.
 Nancy Rondina is the founder, owner and "mompreneur" behind Furniture Sox, LLC. The Naples based textile manufacturing company was founded in 2007 and markets its products under the trade name NancyProtectz™ Floor Protectors. "The patent pending furniture socks have the unique feature of rubber grips on the inside to help keep the socks from slipping off, as well as a chic design that adds glamour to any room," says Nancy.

At the time we were exploring the options of either selling the business or bringing in an investor to inject some additional capital into the magazine. Neither my former partner nor I had any experience with these types of transactions. We needed guidance, but a high priced law firm simply wasn't in our budget."
