Developing a Business Plan
This workshop is a hands-on workshop that meets
on four consecutive Saturday mornings starting August 9, 2008 (8/9,
8/16, 8/23, and 8/30). This four session workshop
will focus on the key elements of successful negotiations. The
classes will last two and a half hours each session and will consist
of a brief lecture, discussion and
experiential exercise in negotiations. The cost of the workshop series
is $45, payable by credit card through the registration process.

• Services
• Market Analysis
• Strategy Summary
• Management Summary
• Financial Plan
Additional topics can be covered at the
attendee’s request.
